We have specialized in clams and clam bakes since 1936, including the now famous clam bake, "Pac Out". Over the years we have offered many new seafood species, including Mahi-Mahi, Red Snapper, Artic Char, Scottish Salmon, Orange Roughy, Pink Argentinian Shrimp, Farm Raised Shrimp, and Scampi, along with Blue Island Mussels.

In our search for excellence, we have introduced "cut to order" fresh fish, where whole fish are filleted in our clean, "hospital-like" plant, and are in the customers' hands only hours later.
